In the first few months, it's important to get out and about with your baby as much as possible, so your pushchair is going to be your new home from home. Make sure you've got everything you need to hand with these optional accessories.

If the seat of your choosen pushchair doesn't recline fully, you may want to  invest in a separate carry cot so your baby can lie flat on long walks.

A must have for chilly days, and much more likely to stay in a place than a blanket.  Again, they're often not included in the price, so you can choose to buy a matching one or something in a fun design. Remove your baby's raincover and cosytoe when indoors as your baby may get too warm.

Pushchair hoods don't provide complete coverage for delicate skin. Parasols are easy to use (Look out for ones with UV protection), or you can get fitted sun shades
