Our price promise We'll match the price of a product if you find it cheaper elsewhere within 7 days of buying it from Mothercare. This applies to any retailer (except auction sites) for an identical product where the item is in stock. We'll need to verify this with a quick phone call or if you have already bought this item, we'll also need a copy of your Mothercare receipt. The promise applies to all products except clothing and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer discount.
Tens Machine Do not use any TENS machine:
• During the first 26 weeks of pregnancy
• On your abdomen at any time during pregnancy or labour
• If you have a cardiac pacemaker
• If you have, or have ever had, a heart-rhythm problem
• If you are suffering acute feverish conditions, from an infectious disease or tumour
• When driving, cycling or operating machinery
Mothercare Two-year Pushchair Guarantee
All pushchairs, strollers and car seats sold by Mothercare in the UK after 21st July 2010 will be subject to a two-year guarantee.
• We are happy to refund or exchange any pushchair returned within 28 days of purchase as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
• We will provide a full refund or exchange if the pushchair goes wrong within 28 days of the guarantee validation date.
• We will offer a spare, repair or replacement product free of charge if the pushchair goes wrong within the first two years of the guarantee validation date.
• We will provide a courtesy stroller whilst the pushchair is out of use, awaiting a spare part or repair. This is available through your local store.
• This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.
The guarantee covers:
• All pushchairs, strollers and car seats.
• All parts except inflatable tyres, inner tubes and raincovers.
• We will endeavour to provide matching fabric for repairs and/or spares, if this is not available we will provide co-ordinating colours.
• Where a spare or repair is uneconomical, Mothercare will offer a replacement product.
• Mothercare may inspect the product and verify fault before offering a spare, repair, replacement or refund.
The guarantee does not cover: • Damage caused by non-domestic use.
• General wear and tear, for example; worn wheels, damaged raincovers, worn/torn fabric.
Deliberate damage, misuse or neglect.
• Product which has been modified, undergone an unauthorized repair or used a non-approved spare part.
• Travel system car seats which have been involved in an accident. We recommend all car seats should be replaced if involved in an accident.
• Cosmetic damage.
• Matching accessories, ie change bags, cosytoes etc.
• Loss incurred as a result of not being able to use a product whilst waiting for a spare part or repair as we will provide a courtesy stroller.
• Where proof of purchase cannot be provided we will assess the product to determine whether it falls within the scope of the guarantee.
We can provide spare parts and repairs for damages which fall outside the scope of the guarantee. Prices are quoted on an individual basis. Please contact stores or customer care for more details.

Important
• We are continually improving our products, so specifications or design changes may be made during the lifetime of this booklet. All goods have an indication of origin. Colour photography and printing are as accurate as possible but slight variations in colour must be expected.
• All children's clothing are held out for sale as suitable for young children only. All products are supplied subject to availability. This website is valid until 31st December 2010.
• All measurements and weights are approximate.
• All relevant garments satisfy the nightwear safety regulations.
• Prices and products – we endeavour to ensure that all prices and specifications are correct for the life of the booklet when we go to press. However, we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications as necessary. Goods supplied are not for resale. All products and offers are subject to availability and may only be available from larger Mothercare stores, or mail order or on the Mothercare website www.mothercare.com.
• Postage and packaging charges for orders via www.mothercare.com, the home shopping order line (0844 875 5111) and the Mothercare catalogue are additional. Standard deliveries to UK addresses (including the Isle of Man, excluding Channel Islands and BFPO) are charged at £4.95 per order, or free if you spend over £100 (excluding p&p). For Mothercare account card holders, delivery to UK addresses is free for all orders over £50 (excluding p&p) when paying with your account card.
